Home-Row Typing Coach

Coaching is offered for home-row/touch-type method that is the convention for most journalistic and input-intensive organizational settings. The program trains awareness for the home row, symmetric finger and hand configuration, proficiency with left and right hands, as well as posture and concentration methods. The instruction is enriched with resources from the web, such as speed-building and error reduction. Additional topics are symbols and syntax for programming languages and development of a systematic Excel log of speed, accuracy, and related metrics for optimal progress reports.

The emphasis is on intelligible and transparent learning to avoid frustration and intimidation. I use a lot of examples and visuals that are readily available. The most common requests are as follows:
